His work is inspired from narrative realism of photo Journalism. Using the authenticity of moments in time he immortalizes actions spontaneous and authentic, and then his artistic technique presents a personal interpretation of what is observed. But realism is just the starting point for conceptualizing the image and suggesting a pure metaphor. The images, he presents, always alludes to a concept, an emotion more universal and often far from the actual physical reality described.

So photos are therefore spontaneous, without poses or artificial subjects, and no manipulation in postproduction. The real challenge of his photography is to interpret reality immortalized, and not to changing it, artificially. The goal is to conceptualize the existing reality (with all its brilliant complexity of places and actions), not artificially change the image to force it to fit in imagined narration.

The salient features of his style are:

Metaphor:

Author’s photos are not searching aesthetical perfection and appearance. The aesthetic is inside the metaphorical, conceptual, transcending reality apparently expressed. Photos start from a true, real subject, but then must transcend it.

The author is inspired by classical studies of his adolescence, as Plato (theory of Forms and Ideas), and.

Titration:

Cause of a long sentimental relationship with an Argentinean writer, he get inspired by one hand from contents of surrealism and fantastic literature, like writer Borges and by the other hand, from the practice of salient words.

An integral part of the author’s work is the presentation of pictures with a title: interpretative key trigger that, far from being the imposition of a subjective point of view, stimulates the viewing public to a further reflection…
